Pair of Early Victorian Nursing Chairs. Circa 1830.

A lovely pair of early victorian nursing chairs from Hungary4deco.

These nursing chairs are in their original condition.

The upholstery is in a reasonable state with some wear, a few scuff marks and stains, but no tears or holes. The springs and webbing are all still strong making these nursing chairs very comfortable to sit on.

With serpentine shaped fronts to the seat and serpentine shaped backs. Solid walnut turned front legs, and shaped rear legs. The original polish is a bit faded in areas but just need reviving with a few coats of new polish applied.

With a small amount of work these victorian nursing chairs could be brought back to life ready to last another lifetime.
